DIRECTOR DUE DILIGENCE SPECIALIST, IN TOTO CONSULTING LIMITED
LAUNCHES ADVISORY SERVICES TO HELP INCREASE
THE NUMBER OF DIVERSE, HIGH PERFORMING BOARDS GLOBALLY

The firm is poised to capture the increasing number of diverse candidates required to fulfil fiduciary board positions of public and private, for profit and not-for-profit companies around the globe.

HONG KONG, 4 February 2022: In Toto Consulting Limited, a specialist in Board of Director due diligence, launches its new range of advisory services aimed at guiding would-be directors through a critically important but often daunting and overlooked pre-appointment task. In Toto Consulting will initially focus on servicing clients in key developed markets including HK, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, UAE, UK and US before expanding its reach to capture a broader audience.

The company aims to support a wide range of client needs through its core product offerings. Directors who have the time to carry out due diligence on their own but would like a guiding hand are likely to be attracted by the Gold package while those looking for a full-service option may be drawn to the Platinum package. The Diamond package is aimed at those after a discrete piece of work while Bespoke packages can be arranged for those prefer a tailored approach.
Asheefa Sarangi, Managing Director of In Toto Consulting says, “Due diligence is a two-way street. It’s important for anyone taking on fidiciary duties and linking their reputation to organisation to seek and analyse the information that will enable them to objectively decide whether they are a fit for the organisation and whether the organisation is a fit for them. Further, candidates should be able to target companies that are a fit and feel empowered to reject opportunities that historically they should have been 'grateful' to have received.”

In Toto Consulting brings clarity, insight and structure to potential fiduciary board appointments for prospective directors. It aims to increase the number of diverse, high performing boards globally by assisting directors with the identification of boardroom environments that should enable them to give their best.
